This outlook has been developed into a strategic vision enabling us to integrate effectively with other departments and branches of the bank so as to ultimately serve the overall objectives of the bank and display the role of HR in realizing these goals.

Our mission:
We are keen to introduce and develop modernized systems and mechanisms to be applied at the Human Resources Dept, , pertinent to process of selection and hiring of staff , improving care-systems for them , motivating them, and evaluating their performance. In addition, we adopt excellent policies and measures in promoting employees , securing better living conditions for them, and maintaining satisfactory , and fair system of wages and bonuses . We insure also that special care is given to those skilled ones ,and the necessary incentives are in place for purpose of elevating level of performance and creativity to the highest possible, which will finally add to the bank's achievements .
HR run excellent administrative services aimed at providing logistic support , and facilities to create a successful working environment . we utilize effective technical , and administrative mechanisms as deemed necessary to maintain the bank rights , and insure the bank's fulfillment of its commitment towards other entities, and to assist us in carrying out our duties towards the bank and its employees in a successful manner.

Our mission is inspired by the bank's goals , and is considered as an integral part of the general objectives of the bank . In order to contribute actively in this concern , the HR team have been entrusted with the following main targets:

  • provide the bank with highly qualified , and experienced staff for the purpose of attaining higher performance level, and coping with the changes , and expansions of bank's sectors , departments, and branches.
  • Updating the organizational structure of the HR dept., so as to be able to function harmoniously as the bank expands , and develop .
  • Constantly stimulate motivations of employees , and create innovative working place , and thus adding up to the level of satisfaction , and loyalty of employees, and increasing level of productivity .
  • Introducing comprehensive internal communicative system , creating harmony and fruitful interaction between management at the top , and employees of different ranks at their departments and branches .
  • Creating database for employees and insuring constant update for this data , and using appropriate mechanism for documentation , insuring timely and flexible retention of data , and involving all branches and department in this system.
  • Insuring that HR dept. plays its role in supervising and monitoring the utilization of bank's properties , facilities , assets , and thus reserving the bank's rights and fulfilling its commitments .
  • Raising awareness of employees , their organizational knowledge, and culture so as to qualify them to be more creative , and productive.
  • Establishing an attractive , and innovative working environment by improving applied regulations and administrative rules that directly affect the employees' personal as well as professional life.

Selection and recruitment
HR relies on the use of up-to date methods for selecting and appointing candidates for a job . the bank website offer an access to career applications to be made on line and this make it more organized and flexible for interested applicants to forward their C.Vs and relevant qualifications. They san as well approach HR recruitment Unit and submit their papers . this Unit keep an organized record of applicants data , ready for shorlisting and selecting upon arising of vacancies .
In order to insure transparency , the selection and hiring process passes into different stages including different exams ,and interviews carried out by a specialized committee.

Salaries and promotions:
The bank has implemented an effeciecnt scheme for salaries , aimed to meet theneds of employees . This sytem is subject to periodical revision in view of economic changes so as to insure employees receive satisfactory monthly pay at all levels of job hiacachy .
They bank adopt a categorizing metod based on job rank , and this scheme is well – organized to guarantee employees right for promotion is realized in line with the job track . this isures a regular increase of salary by promoting the employee to a higher post , and let his enjoy relevant privileges necessary to better off their personal life.

Planning job track:
The bank's management introduced a comprehensive and effective scheme for jobs and salaries based on specific hierarchy system , categorizing jobs into ranks or levels that necessitates specific conditions should be met by the candidates to hold vacant job .
HR dept. coordinates with Training Dept., managers of Departments , and Branches for purpose of planning the job requirements, and future career of current employees and possible promotions of them in light of job track defined by the bank regulations , taking into account eligibility of employees , their skills , and qualifications . 

Performance assessment:
HR dept. adopts a transparent , flexible , and objective mechanism for evaluating employees achievement . HR aims by this system to compare and measure the actual performance of the employees against the pre-defined targets of work plan , and identifying points of weakness and strength in order to determine training needs for employees . Based on the results of this evaluation , Management can plan for better individual , professional and institutional development . 

Motivation and privileges:
HR department relies on well-defined measures regulating package of bonuses , rewards , and privileges in line with job nature and level specified by the Bank , and the process of granting these rights is subject to measures insuring if and when and the employee is eligible to deserve rewards or compensations.
The following are some forms of privileges offered for the bank' employees:

First: Allowances that includes
Housing allowances , and the relevant expenses of electricity , water, and telephone ( home phone and mobile) - paid on basis of job nature .
Allowance for work clothes , food allowance , and fuel ( paid on basis of job nature)
Allowance for transportation , and travel (local , and abroad) – paid upon carrying out work tasks .
Allowance for health care – paid to all employees without exception
Bonus of Holy month of Ramadan - paid to all employees without exception
