Management Training
Mission:
Training Dept. has made its key objectives to run up-to-date training programs for the staff in the bank for the purpose of qualifying them to be exquisite and skilled in the different facets of banking industry at the local and international levels so as to insure offering the best banking services in line with the banks guidelines, goals, and culture.
Development stages:
- Since the Bank's earlier stages of establishment ,the staff Training was given a special priority and importance. However, Training functions since then were scheduled among tasks of the Human Resources Dept. It was only in 2002 that the mission was assigned for one HR employee to organize and supervise training programs.

In 2005, a section of Human resources dept. was established and named'' human resources development section" to carry out the duties and since then this Unit received a financial allocation on the general budget based on the outlined annual goals and plans.

In June 2008, the Training dept., was established with its budget and target plans being separated from Human resources dept.
Training dept. duties:
Training Dept. aims at realizing the bank policies related to qualifying and improving the skills and capabilities of human resources, enabling the bank to stand special and unique in offering the best services and products taking into account quality , speed, correctness of performance.
In order to achieve afore-described targets , the following tasks have been assigned to the Training Dept.:

conducting pre-training studies to define requirements and needs for training among staff and different departments of the bank, and then carry on efficient and satisfactory training programs to meet such requirements by means of utilizing up-to-date mechanisms and introducing a specialized training courses .

Qualifying the employees and raise up their knowledge about work procedures, and polish up their practical skills.

Carrying out qualifying courses for staff of all levels and categories and include them in an organized training programs regularly conducted by the training dept. and aimed at let the staff acquire new skills and improve their competence to increase productivity.

Presenting the studies and researches relevant to Training and qualifying activities in the bank .

Supervising process of value addition and assessment of training results on the employees as per objectives outlined and developed as situation demands.

Proposing regulations, rules, and modules for training and qualifying functions.

Executing training programs as deemed necessary for advancement of skills and performance of the bank staff.
