Phone banking service operates around the clock for customers of the Bank, and is available upon opening an account. The service offers customers the option of checking their account balance, as well as obtaining information about the last three account transactions.
This service is offered for free, and customers can apply for this service at their local branch. The branch will provide customers with their account passwords and details on how to use the service. Please note that the customer is responsible for the all costs related to telephone calls to access the service.
