Our current deposit account is a service that the bank offers to individuals, companies and organizations. Accounts can be opened in local and foreign currencies, and the depositor can draw money from the account at any time, and in any amount up to the current balance.
The account does not accrue any earnings, nor is it susceptible to loss of funds. A checkbook is provided to the depositor so that funds can be drawn using checks in place of cash from any of our widespread network of banking branches in all of Yemen’s governorates.
